Replacing Governor Units


The objective is to replace elevator governor units for identified lifts including all associated works necessary to ensure safe and compliant operation.



  • The contractor will carry out the replacement of the elevator's control mechanism.

  • All required safety measures will be taken to prevent any accidents during the process.

  • A thorough inspection of the existing system will be performed prior to commencement.

  • The replaced units must meet all relevant industry standards and regulations.
