Job Title: Tech Lead [PHP + React Native]

About the Role: 

We seek a highly skilled Tech Lead to manage our technology team and oversee the enhancement, bug fixes, and development of our Loyalty & AgriTech Software products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining optimal system performance. This role requires a balance of technical expertise,  leadership skills, and hands-on problem-solving abilities. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage the tech team responsible for product development, bug fixes, and feature enhancements. 

• Architect, develop, and maintain software solutions using PHP, React Native, Expo, Firebase,  MySQL, and Python. 

• Oversee source code management, ensure proper versioning control using GitHub, and establish effective code review processes. 

• Manage code deployment, server configuration, and hosting environments, ensuring reliability, security, and performance. 

• Implement best practices for backup management, system recovery, and enterprise application management. 

• Handle high-performing tech teams, ensuring agility and adaptability to ever-changing requirements. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hosting, security, and scalability. • Ensure adherence to high-performance standards and quality-driven outputs while meeting  deadlines. 

• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and learning-focused environment within the team. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and  stakeholders, to align technical strategies with business goals. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

• 5+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership. • Expertise in PHP, React Native, Expo, Firebase, MySQL, and Python. 

• Strong experience in version control, GitHub, and source code management.

• Hands-on experience in server configuration, hosting management, and enterprise-level  application deployment.
