Job Description
Our client is looking for Eligibility Verification Specialists to support patient insurance verification and customer communication.
About the Role
You will be verifying insurance coverage for appointments, updating system records, and communicating with parents and insurance companies by phone when needed.
Location Requirement
You must live in the Monterrey metropolitan area
(Monterrey / San Pedro / Santa Catarina or surrounding nearby municipalities)
What You Will Do:
- Verify insurance coverage for upcoming pediatric appointments
- Update eligibility information in the system
- Contact parents and insurance companies to clarify coverage
- Document all interactions accurately
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8 AM – 5 PM EST
We're Looking For
- Bilingual (Spanish + English)
- High school diploma
- 1–2 years of call center or phone support experience (required)
- Comfortable making and receiving calls
- Strong communication & documentation skills
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid (office presence depends on performance)
- First day always onsite for onboarding (7:30 AM)
