Description

Key Roles:

·Provide financial services solutions to the HNW client base.

·Identify and acquire new HNW clients.

·Broaden existing client relationships (greater share of wallet, higher cross sell ratios).

·Establish sales and revenue targets for existing and new client relationships.

·Provide clients with comprehensive advisory services:

oInvestment Advisory: Advising clients related to specific products and services

oPortfolio Advisory: Advising clients with regards to overall portfolio construction based on asset allocation methodology.

·Develop comprehensive customized financial plans based on client risk profiles.

·Continuous monitoring of client portfolios (quarterly reviews and annual rebalancing).

·Research competitive offering and solicit client feedback for new product ideas.

·Escalate customer suggestions/concerns to the Country/Region head.

·Providing the highest level of customer service to clients (proactive calls and visits) in order to have client’s ownership.

·Mentoring Assistant Relationship Managers.

·Retain Client ownership (strong knowledge of client account, transactions and all issues related to client).

Qualifications

·Job Requirements:

·Education: Bachelor's degree from a recognized university, Relevant professional certifications (e.g. CF21 “Investment Advisor”), CFA a plus.

·Experience: +3 years in relationship management and sales of financial/investment products with a leading international / regional private bank. Proven record of building relationships and closing business

·Fluency in English.

·Excellent communication, networking and selling skills

·Strong interpersonal, presentation, and listening skills

·Good knowledge of financial markets, investment instruments, and investment management

·Sound understanding of market dynamics / trends, and internal & external policies & controls regulations

·Ability to provide financial solutions to sophisticated clients
