ELV/ FMCS Design Lead

Manage design of ELV systems and Facility Monitoring & Control Systems. Participate in design discussions with consultants & Mechanical.

Plan and oversee the complete execution of MEP works at the construction site, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems, ensuring alignment with approved drawings, technical specifications, and contractual obligations.

Supervise and manage multiple ELV subcontractors, vendors, and internal site teams to ensure efficient sequencing of work, proper resource allocation, and adherence to quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Review and approve technical submissions, such as shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and test plans, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry best practices.
