Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Manager for a leading System Integrator , specializing in Direct Sales for our Extra Low Voltage (ELV) division .
The ideal candidate is a proven new-business hunter with strong technical expertise in ELV systems and a successful track record of closing high-value contracts in commercial, industrial, and residential markets.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and client presentations to negotiations and final contract closure
Conduct site surveys to assess client needs and design integrated ELV solutions, including: CCTV & Video Surveillance, Access Control Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Public Address Systems, Structured Cabling.
Work closely with engineering and design teams to develop technical submittals, BOQs, quotations, and commercial proposals
Manage tenders, RFQs, bid submissions, product specifications, and compliance documentation
