Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
- Track and follow-up on all customer requests to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle letter generation
- Prepares and organises reports needed to understand various aspects of processes.
- Support the financial reporting group with Excel files on a monthly basis
- Ensure accuracy of record keeping and filing
- General admin duties
Job Requirements:
- Good interpersonal, communication and written skills
- Positive team player who is also able to work independently
- Ability to multitask effectively and toggle seamlessly between screens to perform tasks is necessary.
- Meticulous is a requirement
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel is a must (eg. vlookup)
