Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
  • Track and follow-up on all customer requests to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle letter generation
  • Prepares and organises reports needed to understand various aspects of processes.
  • Support the financial reporting group with Excel files on a monthly basis
  • Ensure accuracy of record keeping and filing
  • General admin duties

Job Requirements:

  • Good interpersonal, communication and written skills
  • Positive team player who is also able to work independently
  • Ability to multitask effectively and toggle seamlessly between screens to perform tasks is necessary.
  • Meticulous is a requirement
  • Excellent in Microsoft Excel is a must (eg. vlookup)
