Job Description
I'm building an automated email response system for a service business I run. The concept is simple: when I receive a specific type of inquiry email from an external platform, I need the system to parse the email, extract key data, match it to a record in my database, and send a personalized reply — all within 30 seconds of receiving it.
The inquiry emails arrive in a fixed, standardized HTML format. Every email from this source follows the exact same template. This means parsing is deterministic pattern matching — not AI, not NLP. I will provide 3–5 real sample emails for you to build and test against.
This is a focused backend project with a thin admin layer. There is no complex frontend to build — just a simple private admin page where I can manage database records, toggle settings, and see what the system has processed. No user authentication. No payment system. The core is a reliable email pipeline with a basic management interface.
