Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Email Management: Determining the nature of incoming emails and prioritizing them.

Screening and Forwarding: Identifying emails that need to be forwarded to specific individuals or departments.

Follow-up: Ensuring timely responses to emails and following up on pending inquiries.

Client Communication: Responding to client questions and concerns via email.

Report Generation: Creating and sending weekly reports.

Task Management: Maintaining an ongoing task list and managing administrative tasks.





Requirements:

Proficiency in English.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail.

Reliable internet connection and necessary computer equipment (headset, webcam).
