We’re Hiring: Email Deliverability Specialist
Location: Hyderabad | Work From Office
Experience: 2–3 years
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on Email Deliverability Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to support deliverability operations, reputation management, and client success across multiple accounts.
This role is ideal for someone who understands deliverability deeply and can work closely with both internal teams and clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to improve inbox placement across client accounts
- Identify deliverability issues, diagnose root causes, and recommend corrective actions
- Evaluate and optimize client sending strategies and performance
- Manage weekly or bi-weekly client calls and share progress updates
- Handle new client pre-onboarding and post-onboarding deliverability processes
- Build and maintain domain and IP reputation, including volume ramp-up as per client requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
- In-depth knowledge of email deliverability best practices, strategies, and email infrastructure
- Experience working with different ESP platforms, spam filters, and ISPs
- Experience with FBLs, Postmaster tools, bounce analysis and Domain/IP warmup process
- A passion for email marketing and the ability to stay up to date with industry trends and advancements
- Working knowledge of MySQL, Linux, and basic coding
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Minimum qualification: Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
