Job Description

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and sales
  • Write persuasive, high-converting copy tailored to segmented audiences
  • Design email templates using drag-and-drop tools or HTML (a plus)
  • Analyze email performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions) and optimize for better results
  • Manage and grow our email list while maintaining compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM
  • Collaborate with content, product, and design teams to align messaging across platforms

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of experience in email marketing
  • Strong writing and communication skills with an eye for detail
  • Experience using platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ConvertKit, or similar
  • Ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions
  • Basic understanding of audience segmentation, A/B testing, and funnel strategy
  • Bonus: HTML/CSS knowledge and experience in the fitness/wellness space
