CRM Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for European e-commerce platform strategy operations, utilizing multi-channels to improve user recall, revisit, and activity.
  • Analyze user behavior data, formulate and execute user growth CRM plans.
  • Insight into platform items, user segments, landing page, knows how to filter the most conversion products.
  • Cooperate with product/campaign/monetization teams closely, summarize the requests, output strategy, balance the business target and user experiences, data verification efficiency, continuously iteration.
  • Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and provide strategic recommendations for product optimization and business development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years' experience in operational roles.
