Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating email marketing campaigns to promote the companys services;
- Determines target audience, devises campaign, and launches email campaign to create a buzz or generate leads for the business;
- Creates email marketing campaigns to promote the companys services;
- Ensures the marketing message is conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects;
- Ensures messages are sent in the proper form and template;
- Proofreads emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling;
- Develops a personalization strategy;
- Reviews messages for brevity;
- Follow-ups on interested respondents;
- Responds to website visitors using the Zoho Sales IQ platform;
- Coordinates with other stakeholders (CEO, Sales Manager, Appointment Setters);
- Coordinates and monitor the maintenance, integrity, and security of several databases.
