Job Responsibilities
▪️Plan and execute result-oriented email marketing campaigns.
▪️Fetch a minimum of 500 valid data records per day using various tools and platforms.
▪️Send at least 1000 emails daily to professional email IDs targeting hiring managers and HR departments.
▪️Generate qualified SEO, SMO, and website development leads through email outreach.
▪️Maintain and update lead databases with accuracy and consistency.
▪️Create engaging email content, subject lines, and CTAs.
▪️Manage and segment email lists to improve targeting and performance.
▪️Use email marketing tools (Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, etc.).
▪️Monitor campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions) and optimize accordingly.
▪️A/B test emails to improve engagement and results.
