Job Description

Create, schedule, and manage email campaigns including promotional, transactional, drip, and newsletter campaigns Write engaging email copy and subject lines to improve open and click-through rates Design and manage email templates using tools such as Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, or similar platforms Manage subscriber lists, segmentation, and automation workflows for lead nurturing Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance (Open Rate, CTR, Conversions, Bounce Rate) Perform A/B testing on subject lines, content, layouts, and CTAs to improve campaign effectiveness Ensure email hygiene, deliverability, and compliance with spam regulations and data privacy guidelines Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for smooth lead handover and effective nurturing Requirements 13 years of experience in Email Marketing, Lead Nurturing, and Campaign Management Experience managing email marketing campaigns for international clients Strong understanding of cold email campaigns, drip campaigns, a...
