Key Responsibilities

• Identify and understand target audiences; define campaign goals
• Plan and execute bulk email lead-generation campaigns
• Perform market research and competitor analysis
• Create and maintain email templates (basic HTML/CSS preferred)
• Analyze metrics and optimize campaigns for better performance
• Stay current with email and digital marketing trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine and align marketing strategies

Qualifications

• Experience: 0 to 3 years in email marketing
• Education: B.E. (CSE/ECE), B.Tech (IT), BCA, or B.Sc (CS)
• Strong analytical thinking and time management skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
