**Requirements**:
- Strong experience with Klaviyo required
- Has a strong opinion on design and work together with creative teams
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Data-driven mindset, able to perform analysis and audits
- Experience with SMS marketing a plus
- Must be able to work US hours
