Job Description

We have partnered with our client in their search for an Email Marketing QA Analyst (Contract position).

Responsibilities


  • Perform functional QA and UAT on 3-4 promotional email campaigns per day, validating links, language, personalization, audience segmentation criteria, and campaign setup before launch.




  • Review and test emails across devices and environments, ensuring proper rendering, accurate content, correct targeting, and flawless execution within the email service provider.




  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, provide feedback on campaign readiness, and ensure emails are production-ready and aligned with business objectives.


  • Skills Required


  • Hands-on experience in email marketing QA, campaign execution, or email marketing analysis, ideally supporting large, customer-facing B2C brands with high send volumes.




  • Strong working knowledge of email service providers, with Braze experience required, and a solid understanding of the technical backend elements that impact campaign builds and deployment.




  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
