Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
• Develop compelling email content, including subject lines, copy, and CTAs.
• Manage email lists, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with email best practices and regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align email strategy with business goals.

Ideal Profile:

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in email marketing or digital marketing (2+ years preferred).
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
• Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and email automation workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
