We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of the outreach and lead generation campaigns for Bamboo Works in the outsourcing, offshoring, BPO, and recruitment industries. We currently run basic campaigns, but we need a specialist who can build structured, results-driven campaigns that generate measurable outcomes.

Part time: 10 hours per week to start

Remote: Fully remote, PH working hours (PH-based candidates preferred)

• Create and maintain clean and highly targeted lead lists specific to the outsourcing/recruitment industry
• Write strong, persuasive, and personalized email copy designed to book meetings
