We are a North American leader in the commercial construction industry, offering an extensive selection of products within our niche. Our Digital Marketing department plays a vital role in strengthening customer relationships, improving retention, and driving growth across multiple brands.
We are looking for a data-driven, strategy-minded Email Marketing Specialist who can transform how we connect with our B2B customers through Klaviyo. This is a role for someone who understands that great email marketing goes far beyond design or revenue metrics. It is about understanding how business customers think, identifying what they need, and delivering value at every stage of their journey.
About the Role
The Email Marketing Specialist will take full ownership of our Klaviyo ecosystem, using data and insights to build high-performing campaigns that drive engagement, repeat purchases, and long-term loyalty.
You will manage multiple brands and audiences across North America, collaborating closely with our Social Media and Video Production Specialist, Paid Ads team, and Sales. You will also help lead our initiative to centralize customer notifications across all brands into Klaviyo.
The ideal candidate is a Klaviyo expert, a data storyteller, and a critical thinker who can balance strategy, creativity, and analytics.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize Klaviyo across multiple brands, including campaign management, automations, segmentation, and account health.
Develop data-driven email and lifecycle strategies for B2B audiences focused on lead generation, retention, and repeat purchasing.
Analyze performance data, build multi-brand reporting dashboards, forecast KPIs, and translate insights into clear recommendations for leadership.
Create customer journeys and targeted segments that maximize engagement and high-value retention.
Deliver post-campaign insights with actionable next steps and continuous improvement recommendations.
Collaborate with Content, Social Media, Paid Ads, and Sales to ensure seamless omni-channel messaging.
Write persuasive, customer-centric email copy and subject lines aligned with campaign goals.
Use AI tools to improve productivity, build templates, and support scalable workflow processes.
Monitor deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance to protect sender reputation and maximize engagement.
Document best practices, create SOPs, and contribute to process improvements across centralized email systems.
Communicate proactively in a remote environment, maintain strong cross-team alignment, and manage tasks independently with high accountability.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Klaviyo or comparable email automation platforms (B2B experience preferred).
Proven ability to design, test, and optimize email workflows, triggers, and campaigns.
Strong understanding of data segmentation, A/B testing, and lifecycle marketing.
Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a focus on clarity, tone, and persuasion.
Experience creating and managing performance reports to track campaign effectiveness and inform decision-making.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategy.
Familiarity with AI tools for marketing, prompt development, and performance enhancement.
