Email Marketing Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our email infrastructure and ensure high inbox placement and consistent campaign performance. This role focuses on the setup, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of email deliverability tools, along with domain authentication and platform optimization.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.

• Proficiency in email marketing platforms like SendGrid, Apollo, etc.

• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and analysis. • Proven hands-on experience in managing email deliverability and related tools.

• Knowledge of domain authentication standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and DNS basics.

• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

• Ability to interpret email performance data and make informed adjustments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Email Deliverability Management or Email Infrastructure roles.

• Familiarity with cold outreach tools, marketing automation, or CRM integrations.

Requirements
· At least 1 year of experience in data analysis. · Strong Excel proficiency- Must have. · Must be an English speaker. · Bachelor's degree holder/College. · Ability to understand high-level inductions. · Time management skills; ability to work effectively without direct supervision. · Accurate, quality-driven, and attention to details Preferred Capabilities: · Experience with NO SQL Databases, preferably MongoDB. * · Experience working with Zendesk.
