We are seeking a Hardware Design Engineer with expertise in Embedded & IoT Systems to join our dynamic R&D team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing high-performance embedded hardware solutions for mission-critical applications. Key Responsibilities

• Hardware Design & Development – Design, prototype, and test embedded electronic systems for IoT, aerospace, and medical applications.

• PCB Design & Layout – Develop schematics and multilayer PCBs using tools like Altium, KiCad, or OrCAD. • Embedded System Integration – Work with microcontrollers (ARM, STM32, ESP, etc.), sensors, and communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, etc.).

• Firmware Development Support – Collaborate with firmware engineers to ensure seamless hardware-software integration.

• Power Management & Signal Processing – Optimize power efficiency and signal integrity for embedded applications.

• Testing & Validation – Conduct hardware debugging, functional testing, and compliance verification to ensure high reliability.

• Documentation & Compliance – Maintain detailed design documentation and ensure regulatory compliance (ISO, MIL-STD, IEC, etc.).

• Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams to bring cutting-edge products to life.

What We're Looking For

• Education: B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Embedded Systems, or a related field.

• Experience: 0- 5 years in hardware design, embedded systems, and PCB development.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in hardware design tools (Altium, Eagle, OrCAD, etc.).

• Strong understanding of analog/digital circuits, microcontrollers, and communication interfaces.

• Experience in power management circuits, EMI/EMC considerations, and industrial IoT hardware.

• Hands-on experience with debugging tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers. 

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for deep-tech innovation.

• Ability to work in fast-paced R&D environments.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
