Job Description
+ In-depth knowledge of avionics concepts, domain, and processes, with expertise in Verification & Validation of embedded avionics software
+ Good understanding of DO-178B/C planning and certification processes
+ Proficient in C, C++, Python, embedded programming, and model-based testing
+ Good knowledge of DO-178B/C and related supplements
+ Enthusiasm for advancing test methodologies and test design automation
+ Familiarity with cockpit display products
+ Experience in Change Impact Analysis (RA, DRAT), Tool Qualification, TRR, and RFS processes
+ Exposure to emerging technologies such as Gen AI is a plus
+ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (ECE/CS/EEE)
+ 3+ years of experience in software development/systems/software verification, with at least 2 years in software verification & validation
+ Strong technical skills in software development and verification processes
+ Good understanding of current software verification methods, tools, and industry standards
+ Effective communication skills
+ Proactive mindset for contributing to technical initiatives and continuous improvement
+ Good understanding of Aero Cockpit display products business
+ Passion for exploring new opportunities and solutions
