Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to the development, integration, and testing of embedded software for avionics systems
  • Support FCIs and assigned work packages, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and project requirements
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (systems, verification, hardware) to understand requirements and define implementation details
  • Implement software features in C/C++; or other embedded programming languages
  • Participate in code reviews and follow established software development processes
  • Ensure compliance with DO‑178C and relevant ARP (Aerospace Recommended Practices) standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support certification‑related activities

    • YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 1–3 years of experience in embedded software development
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++;, or Python
  • Hands‑on experience with embedded systems, RTOS concepts, or microcontrollers
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Understanding of DO‑178C processes or experience working in safety‑critical domains
