Embedded Operational Support & Collaboration- Serve as Level 3 support for IoT devices connected to our cloud platform, ensuring timely resolution of issues.- Collaborating with Level 2 users to resolve escalated incidents.- Apply high-level technical mitigation and provide initial technical findings, helping to identify product gaps and improvements.- Work closely with cross-functional, international teams to deliver innovative solutions.- Actively participate in the global DevOps community.- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems in Linux-based embedded systems.- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve hardware and software issues.- Create and apply version patches to fix bugs in embedded code when needed.Deployment & Rollout Coordination- Coordinate and support the rollout of IoT devices across global environments.- Ensure smooth integration of embedded systems with cloud services via REST APIs.- Support Level 2 teams by providing technical insights and escalation sup...
