Job Role: Embedded Linux Display Driver Engineer - HDMI

Work Experience: 3 to 8 Years

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, integrate, and customize Linux kernel drivers for HDMI 2.1 controllers
• Enable and debug display pipelines using DRM/KMS, V4L2, and PHY layers
• Support system bring-up and resolve signal integrity, timing, EDID, and HDCP issues
• Collaborate with hardware and board teams on pinmuxing, I2C/SPI communication, and register configuration
• Optimize driver performance for 4K/8K video , bandwidth, latency, and frame rates
• Validate HDMI 2.1 features including FRL, DSC, HDR, and eARC
• Contribute to BSP documentation and kernel-level integration guides
