Experience : 7+ Years

Must Have:

Experience

• 7+ years overall in Embedded Systems Development
• Strong expertise in Embedded Linux environment

Programming Languages

• Proficiency in C and C++

Linux Ecosystem

• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with:
• Yocto Project (custom Linux distribution building)
• Linux kernel and device tree configuration (preferred)
• User-space application development

Industrial Communication Protocols

• Practical experience with at least one or more of the following:
• Ethernet , Modbus , BACnet , REST API

Cloud & IoT Connectivity

• Familiarity with cloud integration (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred)
• Hands-on with IoT protocols :
• MQTT , CoAP , or other IoT data transport methods
• 
  

Nice to Have:

Microservice Development at the Edge

• Experience with EdgeX Foundry or similar microservice-based edge frameworks

Additional Tools/Skills

• Docker/Containers in embedded
• CI/CD pipelines for embedded projects
• Security in embedded Linux (SELinux, secure boot, etc.)
