The position combines quality engineering leadership, delivery management, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring that complex, embedded and softwaredriven systems are delivered with high quality, on time, and at scale. The role is handson at a strategic level, driving QA transformation, automation, and continuous improvement while managing teams and aligning closely with engineering, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

12+ years in Quality Engineering
3–5 years in a Delivery Lead / QA Lead role
