Job Description
In our ORT division based in Guadalajara we are looking for a highly motivated** Embedded Software Engineer.**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop microcontroller code for robotics safety systems.
- Contribute to the development of automated hardware test frameworks.
- Contribute to other software-related engineering activities such as documentation, validation and verification.
**Job Requirements**
- BS or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Computer Engineering, or similar
- 5 or more years of C/C++ development experience for embedded systems
- Good understanding of various aspects of embedded systems: SoC, microcontroller architecture, board block diagrams, board schematics, register maps, linker scripts, real-time operating systems, etc.
- Experience creating and verifying software requirements.
- Linux, Python, and Git proficiency
- Willingness to get IEC 61508 training
- English language fluency
