What you’ll be doing
As an Assistant Coach / Athlete Buddy, you will lead with certified coaches and support a team of dedicated volunteers, providing personalized, one‑on‑one attention tailored to each athlete’s unique needs. Using developmentally appropriate activities and FUNdamental soccer skills, you will ensure that every participant can enjoy the game at their own pace while gaining confidence and a sense of belonging.
