Lead EMEA Preconstruction

The role involves overseeing pre-construction services for various projects across the EMEA region, ensuring timely scope budget and schedule definition including securing project funding managing vendor procurement communicating project strategies collaboration with internal external stakeholders ensuring regulatory compliance and project execution.
