Job Description
**EMEA VAT Manager**
The EMEA VAT Manager will be responsible for the coordination of all VAT reporting and compliance matters for the ASP EMEA region. The main focus of this position is leading all tax matters related to VAT, including compliance with tax regulations in all EMEA countries where ASP operates. This position will report to the Global Tax Director based in the United States and work closely with ASP’s EMEA Finance team based in Eindhoven, Netherlands. This is a remote role with limited travel to ASP’s office in Eindhoven.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Establish, monitor, and maintain VAT and related compliance (e.g. sales listings & Statistical reporting/Intrastat) across the business;
+ Review VAT tax returns and lead successful completion and submission of returns by the outsourced compliance provider;
+ Validate processes and transactions for accurate VAT accounting / treatment;
