Emergency General Surgery Physician opportunity in the Albuquerque NM area Job-7068 * seeking a BE/BC Emergency General Surgeon to join a hospital employed group * Join a surgery team of 4 physicians, 2 Nurse Practitioners, 5 Physician Assistants, and Support Staff * Onsite Testing and Procedure Room available * This position requires fifteen 12-hour shifts per month (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am), assigned based on surgeons' requests. * Must work a combination of day, night, weekend and holiday shifts. APP support is available daily during 7am-7pm shift. * The surgeon is to be available for all emergency room and inpatient surgical consults during their shift. * Post-op patients are to be followed up with on an outpatient basis at our downtown general surgery OP clinic. * The surgeon is scheduled for 1 to 2 OP clinics per month. * Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision * Base Salary + wRVU production incentives - Sign-on Bonus and Relocation Assistance - Annual CME Allowance w/stipend- Life insurance options and both short-term and long-term disability programs - 401K employer match, contribution - Paid time off (PTO) etc * Interested in at least having a phone call to learn more?
