- Possess strong foundational skills in emergency practices such as emergency airway management and trauma care.
- Demonstrate knowledge in resuscitation and stabilization processes for varied medical emergencies.
- Should have excellent decision-making and critical thinking skills to manage high-pressure scenarios calmly.
- Required skills include MEM, FEM, MRCEM, MD, and DNB, demonstrating a breadth of knowledge in emergency medical disciplines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced emergency department environment.
- Must have robust communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Emergency and Emergency Medicine skills are mandatory to perform the demanding duties of this role effectively.
