Job Description
Position Objectives:
To assist PETA India's emergency response team in handling urgent animal emergencies, rescues, and cruelty cases involving animals.
Term of Employment:
Full-time
Work Schedule:
Work as per a roster-based schedule, which will include morning, evening, night, and weekend shifts, with two rotational weekly offs.
Reports to:
Director-Emergency Response team
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Respond to emergency and general cruelty-case calls and e-mails in a prompt and appropriate manner.
- Respond to issues related to emergency and general cruelty-case work, such as housing societies that wrongly impose restrictions on animal feeders and caretakers, with form letters and other approved means
