What We’re Looking For
- Engineering graduates with an MBA in Sales/Marketing (Tier 1/2 preferred).
- 1–7 years of experience, including 1–3 years post-MBA in relevant domains.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
- Strategic thinker with a global mindset, adaptability, and willingness to travel.
- Passion for account management, proposal handling, and thriving in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Results driven, high energy, self-motivated, persistent and able to work independently decisive, analytical, strategic thinker.
Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue and profit targets for assigned accounts in a specific industry.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers and decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle: opportunity qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Support large deal campaigns and participate in account strategy planning.
- Represent Quest Global at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Collaborate with marketing for account-based initiatives and enhance Quest’s value proposition.
