Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users. The LIVE Operations team is looking for an enthusiastic Emerging Creator Operations Manager Intern to cover an employee's leave and help us grow the next generation of Top LIVE Creators. In this role, you will be working with beginner creators to incentivize them to grow and monetize more consistently through education, campaigns and promotions. This role requires someone who is structured, strong communicator, master executor, and great data analyst, as you will have to constantly measure success in order to iterate your strategies.
