Your Role

• Participate in on-the-job training and role rotation.
• Engage in mentoring, online, and classroom learning sessions.
• Work on special projects focused on Leadership and Team Skills Development.
• Collaborate with experienced managers, colleagues, and a diverse peer network.
• Take on responsibility and contribute new ideas.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Top graduates or honors from Top Philippine Academic Institutions.
• Graduated not longer than January 2025.
• Self-motivated with strong planning and organizing skills.
