<p>- Join our Asia Pacific team as Manager who will manage Inside Sales business/People Management and use your engineering skills and Fisher Software to prepare engineering solutions for Control valves to large KOB2 & 3 support for our clients/sales offices.<br/><br/>- You will also be responsible for preparing techno-commercial offers and addressing technical queries.<br/><br/>- This role is responsible for managing, training young engineers and ensuring optimum support for stakeholders.<br/><br/> Resposibilities:<br/><br/>- Leading a team of engineers, guiding and mentoring them.<br/><br/>- Train New hires and integrate them into the LBP/Sales office culture.<br/><br/>- Reviews the quotations prepared by team members, suggests cost saving opportunities wherever possible, and evaluates the best solution options.<br/><br/>- Driving team towards FCV AP KOB2/3 business target for the financial year.<br/><br/>- To be an expert in sizing & selecting severe service, critical applications and guiding other engineers.<br/><br/>- Manage workload, performance review of sub-ordinates & manage metrices for the team.<br/><br/>- Check quotations based on MIB strategy made by less experienced engineers and document errors and act as a mentor in the team.<br/><br/>- Monitor RDSL, PDSL, Productivity & RFT performance for the sales/regional teams supported.<br/><br/>- Analyze RFQ scope & resource availability and commit to a deadline.<br/><br/>- Setting KRAs for direct reports and preparing an action plan to develop them as per their career aspirations.<br/><br/>- Breakthrough thinking with a can-do attitude.<br/><br/>- Desire to work in an inclusive environment, proactively work across the organization in order to establish and achieve common goals.<br/><br/>- Actively assist in any assigned bid activities, to guarantee that the customer specifications are accurately understood, and that innovative and cost-efficient solutions are proposed.<br/><br/> For This Role, You Will Need:.<br/><br/>- A degree in engineering and experience in leading the team.<br/><br/>- In-depth knowledge and experience of control valves sizing & selection.<br/><br/>- Good interpersonal and communication skills.<br/><br/>- Creating portfolios as evidence for your competency element as part of structured continued further education in engineering.<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
