Emiratization Officer (UAE Nationals Only)

Overview

The Emiratization Officer is responsible for overseeing the full scope of Emirati employee management within the company from assessing Emiratization requirements to ensuring full compliance with government entities such as Nafis MOHRE and pension authorities. This role supports the companys nationalization strategy and ensures adherence to all related regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Assess company needs for Emirati hiring in line with MOHREs Emiratization targets.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to identify suitable roles and initiate hiring of UAE Nationals as needed.
• Register new Emirati hires on Nafis platform and ensure activation of support benefits (salary subsidies pension contributions etc.).
• Register Emirati employees with the correct pension authority based on their location of work or residence .
