Job Description
As an Emissions Testing Technician, you will play a crucial role in setting up and operating chassis dynamometers and emission analyzers to support vehicle testing. Your responsibilities will include executing EPA drive cycles, handling particulate filters, and maintaining test cell organization. You will also assist with scheduling, safety protocols, and work in extreme temperature chambers ranging from -35°C to 50°C.
Responsibilities
+ Set up and operate 2WD and 4WD chassis dynamometers.
+ Execute EPA drive cycles such as FTP 75, US06, and HFET.
+ Handle particulate filters in clean environments.
+ Maintain test cell organization and assist with scheduling.
+ Adhere to safety protocols and work in extreme temperature chambers.
