About the Company

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Wealth Management Professional to drive customer acquisition, portfolio advisory, and long-term relationship management across high-net-worth client segments. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial advisory expertise, proven client engagement capabilities, and strategic thinking to grow Assets Under Advice (AUA) while delivering best-in-class wealth solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Advisory

  • Acquire and engage high-value clients with an investable surplus of ₹1 Cr to ₹5 Cr and above .

  • Lead comprehensive financial planning and portfolio advisory services aligned with client objectives, risk profile, and market outlook.

  • Execute and monitor wealth solutions including PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, Fixed Income, and Alternate Investments .

Portfolio & Relationship Management

  • Manage ongoing client interactions to resolve queries related to Private Wealth, PMS, AIF , and product suitability.

  • Ensure timely delivery of client reports, investment reviews, and market insights.

  • Maintain disciplined asset allocation based on research, compliance, and risk advisory guidelines.

Sales Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term growth strategies to meet business objectives.

  • Build a diversified revenue mix with a strong focus on steady annuity flows via mutual funds and scalable returns across asset classes.

  • Expand AUA and wallet share through proactive cross-selling and deep engagement.

Governance, Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry-standard advisory practices.

  • Establish and maintain high-quality processes to enable consistent and compliant service delivery.

  • Prepare and manage MIS, performance dashboards, and competitive insights to support decision-making.

Market Intelligence & Continuous Learning

  • Track market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging investment products.

  • Continuously enhance product knowledge to deliver superior advisory experience and maintain competitive edge.
