Job Description
Support the planning and coordination of materials for production and purchasing to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Assist with TTB compliance documentation and reporting. Coordinate with internal teams to support production schedules and supplier relations. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize material planning processes and inventory management.

● Material Planning Support: Assist with planning and purchasing materials for BF production, including labels, shrink bands, corks, glass, and cooperage supplies.
● Schedule Coordination: Support the coordination of annual bottling and distillery schedules to minimize material obsolescence.
● PO Coordination: Assist with creating and issuing Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure timely availability of production materials.
● Specification Compliance: Work with Packaging, QC, QA, and R&D teams to ensure materials meet BF specifications.
