We are recruiting an Emotional Regulation Mentor to support pupils who struggle with emotional control and anxiety.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide emotional regulation support


  • Deliver 1:1 check-ins


  • Support coping strategies


  • Work with pastoral and SEN staff


    • Skills & Experience


  • Experience supporting emotional wellbeing is desirable


  • Empathetic and calm approach


  • Strong listening skills
