Job Summary
Join Accenture's dynamic Global Protection and Security (GP&S) team as the Employee Assistance Officer Senior Manager (India). This position is GP&S’s primary responder for various incidents/emergencies involving individual employees throughout India. These incidents include but are not limited to medical situations, missing persons, workplace violence, traveler security issues, etc. They will be the liaison between GP&S Operation Center (GP&S SOC) and the various key stakeholders in these matters, such as Employee Relations, Human Resources, Workplace, Legal, IT, Travel, etc. As an experienced professional in responding to and handling various personnel crises, they will provide strategic guidance and ensure the proper support teams are informed and engaged in responding to and supporting our employees during emergency situations.
