Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Producer to join a growing team. This role is focused on developing and managing client relationships within mid-sized to large employer groups, with a strong emphasis on new business development. You will have access to a robust support structure, dedicated service teams, and leading tools and resources to help you succeed in driving growth.
Compensation Package
Comprehensive benefits package starting on Day 1.401(k) match up to 6%. Responsibilities
Develop and manage new business opportunities within the employee benefits space.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with employer clients, typically ranging from 200 to 1,000 employees.Collaborate with internal benefits consultants, analysts, and account managers to deliver tailored client solutions.Focus 90% of your time on prospecting and new business development, with dedicated servicing teams handling day-to-day client needs. Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefits sales or consulting.Proven track record of success in selling to and managing mid-market to large employer accounts.Strong understanding of benefits plan design, funding, and compliance.Assertive, driven, and results-oriented professional with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. #LI-ML1
