Compensation Package
Base Salary: $120,000 - $160,000401(k): 6% company match Responsibilities
Manage and service large market accounts (500-5,000 lives).Design and implement major medical benefit solutions, including transitioning groups between fully funded and self-funded models.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.Provide expert guidance on benefit design and strategy to meet client needs.Maintain a client-focused approach, delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service.Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation.Engage in local travel as required to meet with clients. Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications: Life & Health (L&H) license required.Experience: 6-10+ years in benefits design and account management, with a strong background in both fully funded and self-funded models.Industry Background: Broker experience is essential; candidates with carrier experience are welcome if they have broker exposure.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.Soft Skills: Genuine passion for helping clients and solving problems.
