Job Summary


An established and fast-growing insurance organization is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Producer to drive new business growth within the middle-market segment. This role is designed for a sales-focused professional who prefers to concentrate on relationship building and revenue generation without the burden of administrative responsibilities. The environment is collaborative, modern, and performance-driven.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow new Employee Benefits business within the middle-market space, primarily supporting groups ranging from 100 to 2,000 lives

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

  • Identify client needs and deliver tailored Employee Benefits solutions, including self-funded arrangements

  • Manage and expand an existing book of business while generating new opportunities

  • Collaborate with internal service teams to ensure seamless onboarding, renewals, and ongoing client satisfaction

  • Stay informed on market trends, carrier offerings, and regulatory changes impacting Employee Benefits programs
  • Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Employee Benefits industry

  • Proven success working with an existing book of business and driving new sales

  • Strong background in middle-market Employee Benefits programs

  • Experience with self-funded plans required

  • Demonstrated ability to focus on consultative selling and relationship management

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
