An established and fast-growing insurance organization is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Producer to drive new business growth within the middle-market segment. This role is designed for a sales-focused professional who prefers to concentrate on relationship building and revenue generation without the burden of administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities
Develop and grow new Employee Benefits business within the middle-market space, primarily supporting groups ranging from 100 to 2,000 livesBuild and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clientsIdentify client needs and deliver tailored Employee Benefits solutions, including self-funded arrangementsManage and expand an existing book of business while generating new opportunitiesCollaborate with internal service teams to ensure seamless onboarding, renewals, and ongoing client satisfactionStay informed on market trends, carrier offerings, and regulatory changes impacting Employee Benefits programs Qualifications/Requirements
