Employee Central Professional

We are looking for an experienced Employee Central (EC) Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors. You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Employee Central module, helping HR teams manage employee data efficiently. You will work with business users and technical teams to deliver end-to-end HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
• Work with HR teams to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions.
• Set up and manage employee records, position management, workflows, and business rules.
• Handle data imports, exports, validations, and reporting in EC.
